Our days of going to Panera Bread for the office are over! We've been blessed with wonderful office space in Leesburg on 44 headed towards Wildwood. The space is brand new and comes with internet, printer/copier, and furniture. The Lord is answering prayers and affirming this work on a daily basis! How exciting it is to be right in the middle of His will and what He is doing!

Thank you for being so faithful in praying for HCC. Everyday is an exciting day for us in this faith journey. Many have been asking about the first informational meeting that we held last Friday night, June 15th. We are excited to report that it was a great time as we came together to discuss God’s calling in our lives as well as the driving vision for Heritage Community—Leading people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Our desire will not only be “leaving a legacy of faith” but “Living it.” We dream of a church that will be known by the character of our lives as well as our influence within our homes and community in which we live. This church will leave a lasting mark as we are intentional about passing faith on to the generations to follow.

Our next official “Gathering” will be held on Saturday afternoon July 14th at Lake Okahumpka Park on Hwy. 44 before you get to Wildwood. We will give you more details as the time approaches but we have the large pavilion reserved and there is a large area for children, recreation, etc. This is for all people interested in knowing more about HCC. We will be sharing a meal together and look forward to seeing you there

We have been receiving some responses to support letters that the Brock’s and Williams’ sent out as we stepped out in faith to begin this new work. Thank you for your support of HCC and our families. Be looking for a personal thank you note in the mail over the next week.

We are only days away now from our first Interest Meeting. It will be held this Friday at the Wildwood Middle School at 7:00 pm. It will be a time for us to share how God has led us to this point as well as some of the vision for HCC. We will also be revealing our new HCC logo!

Brian and Brooke arrived last Thursday to find 26 friends waiting to help unload and get them organized in their home.  It is good to have them back here as we begin working on the plant of Heritage Community. 

We have been blessed by letters and cards sharing people's support in this church planting journey.  Heritage Community has also began to receive financial gifts and commitments from our friends and family who also share in the vision of planting this new work.  Pray for us as we draw out plans for the next six months and we work towards the Launch date of Heritage Community.
