Lady Lake to Hold Third Annual Easter Egg Hunt
On Saturday, March 27th from 10 AM until Noon, the Town of Lady Lake is hosting a Free Easter Egg Hunt at the Lady Lake Soccer Complex on Rolling Acres Road.
LADY LAKE, Florida, - If you are looking for a fun and free way to celebrate Easter, come by the Lady Lake Soccer Complex on Rolling Acres Road in Lady Lake between 10 am and noon on Saturday, March 27th. There’s going to be more than just age appropriate egg hunts.
The famous Chick-fil-A Cow will be handing out free meal coupons to the first 500 children. Lady Lake Chick-fil-A owner Stephen May said, “This type of event fits Chick-fil-A’s values to a tee. We love to be involved in community events that provide families with a positive place to be together and create memories.” Chick-fil-A of Lady Lake is also having a family night at the store, Tuesday, March 23rd where children we be able to see and touch live animals provided by Uncle Donald's farm as well as get their picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Remember kids eat free on family night with the purchase of a combo meal. Heritage Community Church and Chick-fil-A of Lady Lake are hosting this family night to promote the up coming Easter Egg Hunt.
At the Easter Egg Hunt, each child will have the chance to stop by various game stations provided by more than 15 area businesses, civic groups and local organizations. In addition, there will be cheek painting and balloons by a local clown troops, inflatable bounce houses, music and entertainment by DJ Ron Redd from Accent Entertainment. We will also have a live broadcast and giveaways from Positive Hits radio, Z88.3 as well as appearances by the Easter Bunny and a 95' aerial fire truck and other displays from the Villages and Lake county Fire departments. “We set up this family event in stations so our guests can stop by any time between 10 am and noon and not miss out on any of the fun,” said Karen Mercer the event’s coordinator.
“We are excited to be able to work together to provide Lady Lake area children with a great family friendly experience,” said Town of Lady Lake Recreation Director Mike Burske. This event is provided to you free of charge by a generous sponsorships from Heritage Community Church, the Town of Lady Lake, Page Theus Funeral Home of Leesburg, Charles Townsend Company of Leesburg, Chick-fil-A of Lady Lake, the "Project Legacy" team as well as assistance from many other area businesses and civic groups.
